" 31 Station Road is a sizeable, 1940's semi detached family home with rendered elevations under a tiled roof and sits in an excellent sized plot only a short walk from Audley End Station. On the ground floor the accommodation comprises an entrance lobby, sitting and dining rooms both with open fireplaces, a galley kitchen with ceramic tiled floor and door to rear garden, fitted with a range of wall and base units incorporating an electric oven and 4-ring hob with extractor fan over, plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge. The first floor offers a landing with a linen cupboard and stairs to the top floor master bedroom suite, 3 further bedrooms; one with en suite shower, and a family bathroom. A door leads through to the annexe (bedroom 5) with a fitted wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Stairs lead down to the ground floor which comprises a good sized sitting room with corner brick fireplace housing an electric fire and a well appointed kitchen with a good range of wall and base units incorporating a sink unit with tiled splashback, electric oven and 4-ring calor gas hob, oil fired central heating boiler, plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge. A side door leads to the rear garden. The annexe also benefits from its own rear entrance door and lobby.
Outside, the property is approached via a large area of gravelled forecourt parking with a pathway leading to a lawned area and further pathway leading to the rear garden.
