Full description:
Stratton House is a detached modern home originally built of brick construction under a pan tiled roof in 1964. The property has since been updated and extended in 2014 to provide a stunning open-plan kitchen/dining/family room. Accommodation comprises a spacious entrance hallway with oak flooring, large under-stairs storage cupboard and cloakroom and leads to bedroom 4. The first floor comprises a landing leading to the master bedroom with en suite shower room, 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Outside, the property benefits from a large shingled forecourt with side gated access leading to the rear garden (approx. 50ft deep x 55ft wide) which is mainly lawned with a raised decked area and ornamental pond and a large storage shed.

From Saffron Walden High Street proceed in a southerly direction passing the War Memorial on your left hand side. At the mini roundabout bear right into London Road, continuing on over the next mini roundabout and then bearing left at the second one into Newport Road. Continue along taking the second turning on the right into Beeches Close and turn immediately left and the property will be found a short way along on the right hand side. "
