" 34 Landscape View is a fine town residence originally built in the 1930s and subsequently extended in 1993. The imposing reception hallway has a turning staircase to the first floor with old pine doors leading to a cloakroom, a dining room with a front bay window and open fireplace with tiled hearth and a delightful sitting room with rear casement windows overlooking the gardens and further open fireplace with wood burner. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets with work surfaces and leads through to the breakfast/family room with part glazed door to garden and fitted book shelves. The well appointed utility room has a door leading to the integral garage. The first floor stairwell has a high vaulted ceiling with Velux window which could be incorporated into a loft extension (STPP). The first floor landing provides a study area with fitted desk and shelving and leads off to 5 bedrooms (one being used as a formal study), all with fitted wardrobes and cupboards. There is a family bathroom and a separate shower room with low level WC, wash basin and tiled/glazed shower cubicle. The spacious loft area is approx. 30' x 22' and is ideal to convert into a further bedroom/play room area (STPP).
Outside, the driveway provides parking for several vehicles and is surrounded by flowerbed borders and shrubs. The west facing rear garden is approx. 165ft in length, principally laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting. There is a terrace, an ornamental pond, hedgerow borders and the gardens are well fenced. There are 2 timber framed sheds, a greenhouse and vegetable area.Directions
