" 4 Mandeville Road is a fine Edwardian detached town residence, built in approximately 1900, of brick construction under a tiled roof and situated in one of the town's most sought after locations. The spacious and versatile accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises a reception hall with polished wood floor and attactive old pine staircase, delightful sitting room with open fireplace with gas effect fire, spacious study, dining room with glazed doors through to the rear garden terrace, attractive brick archway leading through to the kitchen which is fitted with an excellent range of base and wall cabinets with drawer space, extensive work tops, Rangemaster cooker and space for appliances. There is a spacious dry cellar. The first floor accommodation offers three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms superbly appointed with white suites, one with a roll top bath, vanity unit with wash hand basins, ceramic tiled walls and floor and under floor heating. To the second floor is the fourth bedroom with polished wood floor and built-in storage cupboards. The driveway has parking for two vehicles leading to the substantial double garage (22'2" x 17'8") with twin remote electric doors and courtesy door to the conservatory and rear terrace. The side entrance leads through to the rear garden which is approximately 50' in depth, part walled and fenced and laid to lawn on two levels with many mature trees and shrubs.
