" Champlain is detached chalet style residence originally built in the 1960s, and subsequently extended, of brick construction under a tiled roof. Entrance to the property is via the sun lounge/boot room which leads to an inner hall and subsequently links through to the principal reception rooms. There is a sitting room with an open fireplace, a spacious study and a well proportioned dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets with ample work surfaces. The ground floor also accommodates two good sized bedrooms, a playroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. To the first floor is two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside, to the front of the property is a driveway providing parking for several vehicles and leads to the garage. The gardens are laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting. The integral garage has a single up-and-over door and side courtesy door, is approximately 19' 10" x 13' 7" (reducing to 9' 10") and links through to the house, with a further glazed door to the rear. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting, with a good size paved terrace. There are two timber framed sheds, outside lighting and water taps. The garden is approximately 60ft in length.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B1052 going south through the village of Newport and into Quendon, taking the first turning right - signposted to Rickling Green. Upon entering the green, turn right and then right again into Brick Kiln Lane and the property will be found approximately half a mile on the right hand side. From Bishop's Stortford proceed north on the B1383 to the village of Quendon, taking the first turning left - signposted to Rickling Green. Continue around the green bearing left on to Brick Kiln Lane and the property will be found on the right hand side. "
