" 78 Victoria Avenue is a mid terrace town residence, believed to date back to the 1920s that was subsequently extended in the mid 1990s. The property has its own front and private rear gardens which also link through to a garage and parking area. The open-plan sitting/dining room is a particular feature of the property with a gas coal-effect fire. The kitchen is well appointed with a range of base and wall cabinets and there is a ground floor cloakroom. To the first floor are 3 good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The gardens are approximately 40ft in length, laid to lawn with shrub planting and are well fenced. The garage is approx. 21' x 10' 3".Directions

From Saffron Walden Market Square turn left into Hill Street continuing over the mini roundabout into East Street. At the traffic lights turn right into Thaxted Road and just after the mini roundabout take the first turning right into Victoria Avenue. Proceed around the first left hand bend and the property will be found on the left hand side. "
