" 15 Victoria Avenue is a Edwardian semi detached town residence built in 1912 of brick construction under a slate roof. The property is now in need of complete modernisation and upgrading and offers great scope to extend. A planning application has been submitted to Uttlesford District Council and a decision is proposed for 11th May 2015. The accommodation currently offers a reception hallway with stairs leading to first floor and entrance to a cellar. The sitting and dining rooms both have fireplaces, the dining room with a gas fire and back boiler. The morning room has a bay window with a fitted dresser unit and a door leads to the kitchen/breakfast room with a range of cabinets. The first floor landing gives access to a large loft space - this also provides an excellent area to extend further to create a master bedroom with en suite shower facilities. Currently there are 3 bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom.
Outside, the front garden has mature shrub planting and pathways. There is ample space to the side of the property to provide parking for 2 vehicles. The side gardens are laid to lawn and lead round to the rear garden with mature trees and shrubs, terrace area and potting shed. The rear garden measures approx. 39ft wide x 20ft deep.
