" The Cobb is a superior village residence, standing in a prominent location, set in its own landscaped gardens, built in 1996 with a timber frame construction with rendered elevations under a tiled roof. The impressive reception hallway has a polished maple floor with a turning staircase to the part-galleried landing and the principal reception rooms include an impressive dining room with brick fireplace, wood burner and sliding patio doors to the garden, a fine spacious sitting room and a study. The open-plan kitchen/family room/conservatory has views over the rear gardens. The kitchen is fitted by Schreiber in maple with a range of base and wall cabinets and granite work surfaces. Appliances include a Stoves electric hob with double oven, Bosch dishwasher and fitted fridge-freezer. The conservatory is of a hardwood frame with doors leading to the gardens. The first floor offers a master bedroom with en suite shower, 4 further bedrooms; one with an en suite shower room and a well appointed family bathroom.
Outside, the front garden has a brick paviour driveway providing parking for several vehicles with well stocked flowerbeds, mature trees and shrubs. The garage is approx. 33ft x 10ft (outside measurement) with rendered elevations under a tiled roof, electric up-and-over door, power and light connected.
