" 15 Cole End Lane is a link detached family house built in the late 1970s of brick construction under a tiled roof. The property has been extended in recent years and the ground floor offers spacious and versatile accommodation with a superb conservatory overlooking the gardens. The kitchen/dining area is openplan, the kitchen area has a large larder cupboard, a range of base and wall cabinets, wooden work surfaces with spaces for a cooker range and fridge. The dining area has a range of fitted cabinets, sliding glazed doors to the conservatory and opens out to the sitting room with an attractive fireplace and wood burner. The conservatory is of a hard wood frame with ceramic tiled floor, a central fan and double doors to the garden. The shower room, also with a vaulted ceiling, has a tiled/glazed shower cubicle and WC. The first floor landing gives access to a large loft space with ladder and wood panelled doors lead to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.
Outside the front gardens have a large brick paved area providing parking for several vehicles with flower bed borders, mature trees and shrubs and leads to the side car port which is approx. 7.50m x 4.15m

(24' 8" x 13' 7"). The integral garage measures 4.75m x 2.60m

(15' 7" x 8' 7") with double doors leading to the front driveway. The landscaped gardens are a particular feature of the property with a large terraced area, extensive lawns, mature trees and shrubs providing a high degree of privacy and seclusion.
