" 10 Ashdon Road is a detached chalet style residence dating back to the late 1950?s of brick construction under a tiled roof and has been extended to the roof space to provide additional accommodation. The property stands in a generous corner plot overlooking Saffron Walden Common and provides parking for three vehicles with a single garage. The spacious reception hallway has links through to the dining room and sitting room, both with front aspect bay windows, the sitting room having glazed doors leading through to the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room, to the rear of the property, has a range of base and wall cabinets with drawer space, worksurfaces, gas hob and wall oven and plumbing for a dishwasher.
