" 25 Jacksons Lane is a spacious end of terrace 1930?s family home of brick construction under a tiled roof which sits centrally in its large plot. The entrance lobby has stairs to the first floor and a door leads to the sitting room which has a feature open brick fireplace. A further door leads to the utility room which is fitted with a stainless steel sink unit inset to a wood work surface with fitted cupboards below and above and, in turn, leads into the cloakroom. The kitchen/dining room is extremely well fitted with a range of buttermilk coloured wall and base units with granite work surfaces and a central island. There is plumbing for a dishwasher, space for a large 5-ring cooking range with gas hob and a large recess providing space for a family size fridge-freezer. The kitchen opens out to the conservatory which is of brick and Upvc construction and has French doors to the garden. On the first floor, the landing offers a large walk-in wardrobe and there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. N.B. Subject to usual planning consents, the loft area may be suitable for conversion.
Outside, the front garden is mainly laid to lawn with well stocked floral borders and measures approx. 90ft x 22ft. There is a gravelled parking area to the front garden with a brick paved pathway and side access gate. The front garden is enclosed by hedging and close panelled fencing. The rear garden measures 100ft x 22ft and offers vegetable beds, a brick paved patio to the far end with a rear entrance gate and two outbuildings; one with light and power.Directions

From Saffron Walden take the B184 towards The Chesterfords. Proceed straight over the roundabout by Little Chesterford and follow the road on to Great Chesterford. Do not take the first turning left into the village of Great Chesterford, but proceed a little further along this road and take the second turning left into Jacksons Lane. No. 25 will be found at the far end on the right hand side. "
