This four bedroom property is situated in a key location and provides easy access to Addenbrooke's Hospital and the train station as well as local amenities.
The house is fully furnished and offers good size living / dining area, four bedrooms, separate kitchen and large rear garden.

Upon entering the property, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor off the hallway which is of a good size and is furnished with bed and wardrobe. From the hallway there is also a ground floor cloakroom and access to the generous size open living and dining room. This room is furnished with dining table and chairs and sofas and in addition there are patio doors which lead out to the very large rear garden, which can also be accessed from the side of the property as well as the kitchen.
