DIRECTIONS From Whitehaven travel south on the A595 towards Egremont. At Clintz Road roundabout continue. At the East Road Garage turn left onto East Road. Take the first turning left onto Windrigg Close and and follow the road until to enter York Place. Christy Place can be found on the left hand side. THE RENT The rent is paid on a calender monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for Services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to six weeks full rent which will be returned at the end of the tenancy providing there is no damage, the inventory is correct and there are no rent arrears.
