ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL: Electric storage heater.<br/>LOUNGE: Two double glazed windows, two electric storage heaters, TV point, BT point.<br/>KITCHEN: Wall and base units, double glazed window, inset stainless steel sink unit, electric heater, electric oven and hob, built in fridge, plumbing for a washing machine, extractor hood.<br/>HALLWAY: Night store heater, storage space.<br/>BATHROOM: W.C, wash hand basin, panelled bath with electric shower over, electric wall heater. <br/>BEDROOM: Rear facing, double in size, built in wardrobes, double glazed window, electric heater. <br/>BEDROOM: Front facing, double in size, double glazed window, electric night store heater, B T point. EXTERNALLY Allocated storage space. FACILITIES Heating is by way of electric night store heaters. DIRECTIONS Travelling South from Whitehaven on the A595 turn right into Main Street Egremont at the first roundabout by the Police Station. Go past the entrance to Wyndham School on your right, take the next turning right at Braithwaite Court is situated on your left.
