" Built in 2014, this modern and efficient semi-detached cottage is in a desirable village on the fringe fo the Lake District National Park and enjoys an open view to the rear to the Pennine Fells. Location From Penrith, head south on the A6, cross over the Kemplay Foot roundabout, continue on the A6 driving through Eamont Bridge and Clifton. In the village of Hackthorpe, drive just beyond the school and turn right. Drive past the school and then turn right again into Pattinson Close.
