" We are pleased to be able to offer this recently renovated one bedroom ground floor flat. Adelaide Street is located to the South of the city centre in a quiet area and close to an excellent range of local amenities. Within walking distance there is a public house, a large range of shops, schools, university, churches and bus stops with a regular service to and from the city centre. The property briefly comprises an entrance hall, with two storage cupboards, living room, bedroom and bathroom. All the rooms are decorated in neutral colours and have brand new floor coverings. The bathroom is brand new and finished to a very high standard and the property also has double glazing and gas central heating. The kitchen has a cooker, but no other white goods and to the front of the property is a small gravel area and to the rear is a good sized private paved area. Parking is to the front of the property in a communal parking area. I am afraid we will not accept smokers, pets or tenants on housing benefit. Viewing is recommended to appreciate the quality of this property and is strictly by appointment only. Please note that photos will be added over the next few days.
