" An impressive Victorian family town house forming part of an attractive crescent situated just off College Road, with attractive mature gardens to the front and rear. A detached lock up garage is accessed off neighbouring Clifton Park Road. Built Circa 1865, the elegant and spacious accommodation (approx. 4060 Sq Ft) is arranged over four floors, the lower floor providing for a self-contained flat via a side entrance. The property has remained in the same ownership for the last 45 years and despite requiring general modernization still retains many of its original features the most notable being the elegant staircase with its cast iron balusters and mahogany hand rail. The property is approached across an attractive level lawned garden to a short flight of steps leading to the front door off the house. The front door opens into an imposing central reception hall which provides access to all the ground floor accommodation and has an elegant carpeted staircase leading to the upper floors.
