Sellers Comments
We have been very happy living at 20 Sydenham Road for the past 10 years. It is much admired by all who visit for its space and light, the lovely views across the city, the stained glass and coving, and its peaceful, calm atmosphere.

Our home is very adaptable; the ground floor has been let as a separate flat. It is great for hide and seek, sleepovers, parties, home working and simply relaxing ? in the garden, or looking out of the windows at the lovely views ? watching the sunset and sunrise, the birds, the foxes and the squirrels.

We are centrally located; five minutes walk from the shops and cafes on Gloucester Road, 10 minutes from Cabot Circus and 20 minutes from Park Street and the city centre.

It is time to pass the house on to people who will have a lot of fun and happiness here, just as we have had.
