From our office in Congresbury, proceed towards Bristol on the A370. At the lights go straight on and when you approach the next set of lights turn right into Smallway. Immediately take the next left into Sheppys Mill, and the property will be found on your right hand side.

LOCATION

Situated in the village of Congresbury, lying just off the A370 between Weston and Bristol. The village boasts a number of services which include; a post office, chemists, doctors, church, three public houses and a number of other shops. The village enjoys an active community with many clubs and associations available to join. There is a good primary school and pre-school in the village. Secondary school education is available in nearby Churchill at Churchill Community Foundation School and Sixth Form Centre together with its modern sports complex. Local children are provided with transport daily to and from the school. There are also several good alternative schools nearby. The area around is well known for its beauty and offers a variety of community pursuits within a short walk or drive. Riding, fishing, sailing and dry skiing are just some of the activities available within a few miles.
