DESCRIPTION

This beautifully renovated detached cottage situated within a few minutes walk of the centre of Wedmore is believed to date back to between 1790 and 1830. Our present Vendors extended the accommodation in 1997 and have made many improvements over the years including an enclosed entrance porch, hardwood double glazed windows, well appointed bespoke farmhouse style kitchen and luxuriously appointed family bathroom. The versatile and spacious accommodation could be used if required to support a dependant relative as the rear ground floor accommodation lends itself as a self-contained one bedroom annexe with en-suite, lounge and dining area, kitchen and cloakroom. We strongly advise an internal viewing.
