SITUATION The property is situated in the Mendip village of Draycott on a quiet country lane. The village has a post office/store, two public houses, first school, church and recreation ground. Nearby Cheddar offers a wider range of facilities, while Wells the smallest city in England, offers further amenities and schools including The Blue School, Wells Cathedral, Millfield at Street, St Cuthberts infant and Central C of E junior school.
