" Upon arrival you are greeted by gated off street parking and a path leading to the front door. Once inside there is a spacious entrance hall which has doors to all rooms and an airing cupboard housing the gas boiler and a further storage cupboard. The reception room is located to the front with a large window overlooking the front garden. The kitchendining room is to the rear and enjoys lovely views over the rear garden. The kitchen has an ample range of modern base and eye level units incorporating plenty of work surfaces. There is space for an electric oven and hob with an extractor cooker hood over, there is a further space and plumbing for a washing machine. From the dining area there is a door to the rear garden. The main bedroom is located to the rear with garden views and benefits from a range of built in wardrobes and drawers. The second good sized bedroom is to the front. The bathroom comprises of a white three piece with a shower over the bath. The bathroom has part tiled walls and a double glazed frosted window to the side.
Outside there is a lovely mature rear garden with covered seating area, timber shed and patio areas. The garden is mainly lawned with mature shrubs and plants in the surrounding beds. There is gated access to the off street parking to the side which in turn leads to the single garage. The garage measures 16`3 x 8`6 and has an up and over door, power and light. The front garden is lawned with a low front wall and gates to the road from the off street parking.
The property has undergone a lot of updating since the current owner moved in a few years ago and is presented in good condition throughout.
The cul de sac is small and just yards away there is access to Des Phippen Park nature reserve which offers a wonderful place to walk or simply sit on one of the many benches enjoying the local wildlife.
