DIRECTIONS:  travelling from our office in Keynsham High Street in the direction of Bristol, continue on the Bath Road taking a left at Lidl Supermarket onto the A4174.  At the roundabout take the B3119 West Town Lane.  Continue on the B3119 and take the left onto the A37 towards Whitchurch.  Acer Village is a turning on the left handside just beyond Mowbray Road.

This excellent four bedroom detached house was originally constructed by Messrs Linden Homes in 2007 in a style known as the Rowan.
