" This CHAIN FREE, two/three bedroom semi detached bungalow is situated in a pleasant road a short walk from local shops at The Crescent where bus routes run to Orpington shopping centre and mainline station. There are well regarding primary schools in the area notably Warren Road and Tubbenden. The accommodation is flexible and comprises entrance hall, living/dining room with fireplace and large picture window from which to enjoy views over the beautifully presented rear garden. The kitchen has fitted units and space for cooker, fridge and washing machine. A lobby area to the rear gives access to the garden. There are two double bedrooms (one currently arranged as a separate sitting room) with free standing wardrobes that will remain. The third bedroom is a single.
