" Occupying an excellent position on the favoured gated estate of Farnborough Park we find Buckleigh House. A totally rebuilt property extending to around 7,000 sq. ft. providing the highest specification.

The accommodation is over three floors providing four reception rooms, five bedroom suites, a cinema and games room.

The latest technology has been installed with an Opus Audio Visual System in four principal areas; i.e. games room, family room, kitchen/breakfast room and master bedroom. All will have touch screen control units with ceiling speakers, CCTV and HDMI (High Definition) sockets - there is pre-wiring for other rooms. Throughout the rest of the property there are numerous TV. Sky and Cat 5E sockets. There are Lutron light controls in several rooms.

Flooring    Honed classic travertine stone flooring going down in the lobby, w/c, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room. There is a border made of handset 3 cm x 3 cm granite mosaics set into the lobby floor. There is also the same border around the kitchen island and the kitchen sideboard unit.

Staircase    The staircase from ground to first floor and galleried landing is all American white oak and this is exposed. The stair case from first to second floor is also American white oak but with non-oak treads and risers (for carpet).

Doors    All internal doors are to be made from oak with white decorative architraves and frames.

Kitchen    Bespoke Oak shaker style kitchen with stainless steel plinths by Wigmore Kitchens, W1 (Poggenpohl Group). There is a main L Shape kitchen with an island which will have a breakfast bar on it and there is a separate low level side board with more storage and a wine cooler. There will be a TV. The kitchen appliances consist of a Siemens fridge freezer, Miele self clean oven, Miele steam oven, Miele 1ss microwave, Miele warming drawer, Franke undermount sink, Franke Fuju spray tap, ISE waste disposal, Miele dishwasher, Miele canopy extractor, Miele wine fridge and Miele gas hob.

Bathrooms    All bathrooms are white and mainly Villeroy & Boch with Grohe/Hansgrohe fittings. All bathrooms will have travertine walls and floors. Mainly cream filled and honed travertine although dark travertine is used in some bathrooms and to accentuate features. The master bathroom has an AquaVision TV. Heated floors are provided in the three main bathrooms. The guest cloakroom is all V & B. The master bathroom has twin sinks in dark travertine with handmade granite mosaics.

AV/CCTV/Data/Alarm Telecom    There is an audio system installed in four rooms (kitchen/breakfast room, master bedroom, games room and family room). These rooms will have wall control units - there is prewiring for several more rooms and the system has been designed so that further rooms can be added at a later stage if required. These four key rooms also have HDMI (High Definition) sockets on the wall to connect sky boxes to and play sound through speakers. TV and Sky points are provided everywhere. Cat5e sockets provided everywhere. The house is prewired for a multiline telephone exchange system throughout the entire house. There is also CCTV system with Hard Drive recording facility provided with two cameras with IR night vision and motion sensor recording. This system can be accessed remotely within the house and via the internet from outside the house so the owner can always see what is happening outside the house.

There is a comprehensive integrated alarm system with numerous door, window and motion sensors and panic buttons throughout - this system can be linked to a remote monitoring centre if required.
