This four bedroom end of terrace house is situated in a popular development on the borders of Orpington, Chelsfield and Green Street Green.

The accommodation is over two floors and includes four bedrooms (one downstairs) and two bathrooms, plus, potential exists to extend the property to the side creating further space.

A double glazed entrance porch allows access to the hallway and from here you will also find a shower room with walk-in shower cubicle. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom off the entrance hall that comprises a low level WC and unit with integrated wash hand basin. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor landing.

The livingdining room can be found to the rear and this has double glazed double doors and windows overlooking the garden. It has a fitted air conditioning unit and built-in storage cupboard.
