This lovely semi-detached home is situated in the heart of the -Knoll- area in Orpington, in an elevated spot overlooking a green and just quarter of a mile from the station.

The property is very well maintained and has been extended to create a well-proportioned family home.

There are four bedrooms in total, along with two reception rooms and two bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is a sheltered entrance porch leading to a spacious hallway. Off of here, you will find a downstairs WC and utility room.

There is a living room to the front and an extended dining room to the rear.

The kitchen also extended, enjoys views to the rear over the garden. The superb, fitted kitchen has a comprehensive range of fitted unts, work tops and integrated appliances.
