" This charming detached house offers good sized accommodation and stands on a large plot with a rear garden enjoying a south westerly aspect. There are four bedrooms, two of which have shower areas, and three of the bedrooms having fitted wardrobe cupboards. There is a family bathroom and a separate W.C. Off the attractive hallway there is an inner lobby which features the original butler's pantry. There is also a downstairs W.C. The two separate reception rooms are both of good size, and the double aspect lounge/dining room also has a study area to one end. The kitchen/breakfast room is another double aspect room and is appointed with an abundance of base and wall units, and is large enough to breakfast in.
