" This enchanting, period, two bedroom, semi detached cottage is believed to date from 1820 with further additions in 1836. The property needs updating but it stands on a generous plot with space to the side which lends itself to further extension subject to gaining the necessary consents. The living room with feature brick fireplace has double multi-paned doors leading to the front garden. There is a separate dining room which is open plan to the fitted kitchen. To the rear of the kitchen there is a study which has a door to the garden and an adjacent cloakroom with washbasin and WC. There are two good sized double bedrooms and a large bathroom with three piece white suite. To the outside, a wide drive with parking for several cars leads to a detached garage (20'10 x 10'10). The delightful rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with shrubbery borders and a pleasant outlook to the rear, backing onto Keston Park and well screened from its neighbours. The property is conveniently placed for Ravenswood Secondary School and within about half a mile of picturesque Keston Village with its primary school, local pubs and restaurant.
