" At the front of the property you'll find the south facing lounge a great sized room with a large window which takes advantage of the southerly aspect. Nicely decorated this room is perfect to sit back and relax in. Make your way to the rear and you'll find the fantastic 20' kitchen/diner. The kitchen has a selection of wall and base units and has plenty of work top space, you have a high level oven and to the right a gas hob. There is space and plumbing for appliances and room for an upright fridge freezer. At the other end of the room you have space for a large dining table and access through the patio room to the rear garden. To complete the downstairs there is a fully tiled bathroom w/c fitted with a white suite. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, all of which are good sizes. The master bedroom is a great size and benefits from huge built in wardrobes and a south facing window that floods the room with light and has views towards Seaford. Bedroom two is another good sized double with a window overlooking the rear garden, the last of the bedrooms is also of a good size and has a built in wardrobe and the same views of the garden as the second. The rear garden has been beautifully taken care of and has a lawn area as well as a sunny patio. At the front you have ample off road parking and access to the rear garden.
