" Phillip Mann Estate Agents are delighted to offer for sale this spacious, semi detached house situated in an enviable location in Denton, backing directly onto farmland and within steps of the South Downs National Park. The property, which is being sold with 'no chain' is accessed via a useful porch into a good sized entrance hall. The area is carpeted and has two built in storage cupboards.
