" Description    The School House is a very attractive detached property, skillfully converted, currently a thriving bed & breakfast business with separate owners accommodation. In addition there are two letting cottages and we understand that collectively the properties generate around n++45,000 per annum. The rooms are light, very well appointed and all bedrooms are en-suite, an ideal home and income opportunity but also suitable for extended family, offered with the benefit of early possession if required.

Situation    Conveniently situated for easy access to the A27 for the county town of Lewes with it's comprehensive range of High Street shops and facilities. In addition the area is well served with private and public schools including Lewes Grammar, Lewes College and St Bedes. The property is situated on the edge of the South Downs with footpaths and bridleways and within easy reach of Glynebourne. Newhaven offers regular cross channel ferries to the continent and from Polegate or Lewes stations there are regular services to London on the Victoria Line. The A27/M23 road and motorway network is within easy reach with connections to Brighton, Gatwick and London via the M25.
