" An individual chalet style detached, believed to have been built in the mid 1990's, situated in a tucked away no through road within about 150 yards of the centre of this very popular village and close to surrounding countryside.

The Location
The very popular village of East Hoathly is situated just off the A22 about 5 miles to the south of Uckfield. Within the village there is a Post Office/Store, coffee shop, hairdressers and other speciality shops, two public houses, a primary school, church and village hall. The property is within a few yards of the Doctors surgery and the lane leads out in to countryside. A bus service provided routes to Uckfield and Eastbourne.
