" Description    A superbly extended Victorian semi detached three bedroom property that enjoys a superb kitchen breakfast room with vaulted ceiling which extends to some 31 foot in length. There are two further reception rooms and a wet room/wc to the ground floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom to the upper two floors. Outside the property enjoys a 100ft rear garden and a driveway which provides off road parking.   Retaining many character features and benefiting from a central position within this requested Sussex village.

Situation    Situated in this popular and desirable village set within the beautiful Low Weald in East Sussex. Within this delightful village is a shop/post office, church, primary school, public houses and other facilities which include a doctors surgery whilst the secondary schools at Ringmer and Uckfield are easily accessible. The towns of Uckfield and Lewes provide excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with railway stations serving both London Bridge and Victoria. The A22 is close at hand providing convenient access to all major routes including the M25, Gatwick and Heathrow Airports and the south coast at both Eastbourne and Brighton.
