" 4 Home Farm Cottages is a two double bedroom semi detached period property situated on a good sized plot, enjoying an open aspect to the rear where unspoilt views extend over farmland towards the countryside and South Downs beyond. This property is situated between the villages of Ringmer and Laughton, approximately 6 miles away from the historical county town of Lewes with its comprehensive range of shopping facilities, amenities and mainline railway station to London Victoria (1 hour 10 mins). Externally the rear garden is, in our opinion, a particular feature being of a good size, well maintained and predominantly laid to lawn with raised beds for growing flowers or vegetables. To the front there is a further lawned garden, a detached brick-built garage and a driveway providing off street parking for two/three vehicles. The spacious and well-appointed accommodation includes double glazing and oil fired heating to the majority of the rooms. The front door opens into the 17 ft (max) living room which centres around a brick fireplace with an inset wood burning stove and leads to the generously sized 17 ft kitchen/dining room which would, in our opinion, benefit from updating. There is also a 12 ft triple aspect conservatory located to the side of the property with a glazed roof and a sliding door affording access to the rear garden.
