" SITUATION    The property is unusually and very pleasantly located along a private driveway on the outskirts of this popular village with the local village stores and post office, church, primary school, cricket club and the Roebuck Inn. The historic county town of Lewes with its extensive shopping facilities and mainline railway station to London, Brighton and Gatwick is about 6 miles away. The coastal resorts of Brighton and Eastbourne are both about 16 miles away.
