" Pastures View was completed by Linden Homes in approximately April 2010 so this is one of the first opportunities to purchase a property on this development since then. This delightful four bedroom detached house offers the ultimate in modern family living. The home features flexible open plan living areas while the main focal point of the house has to be the fantastic kitchen and dining room with double doors onto the garden, while its location means all the village amenities are within easy walking distance. The property is built to the “Paddock” design and to the usual high quality Linden finish. The current owner bought the property as it offered plenty of family space with the added benefit of off road parking for several cars. The rear garden was a particular attraction as well, being greatly secluded and a good size. The bedroom sizes were important and with the fourth bedroom measuring 11’ x 9’7” there is plenty of upstairs space.

What the Owner says:

I bought the property with two main objectives: a new build with lots of space. In our short time here, we have enjoyed the amount of living space and particularly like the dining room as it opens out onto the rear garden. During the summer we have enjoyed many quiet evenings in the peaceful garden. The lounge is a good size and we’ve improved it by installing a beautiful sandstone fireplace. The ensuite is a great benefit too as is the downstairs cloakroom – a must with children!
