" Situated up a quiet, private lane shared with next door and thus, off the road yet within a ?stones throw` of Cooksbridge Railway Station, which is a short 5 minute ride to Lewes and importantly is a 1 hour mainline commute to London Victoria (approximately 1 hour) or London Bridge. Cooksbridge has two public houses within 1 mile and an Indian restaurant. There is an excellent modern village hall with recreation ground and a well reputed primary school. Lewes is just over two miles with its historic attractions, individual shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, 3 superstores and its own regular mainline Railway Station.
One of a pair of Victorian cottages, requiring some modernisation. There is a shared communal driveway leading to parking for 2-3 cars, including a car port.
