" A rare opportunity to acquire one of a pair of newly constructed, bespoke and eco-friendly semi detached properties located in the popular village of South Chailey approx. 6 miles (TBV) from Lewes. In our opinion, these contemporary homes have been carefully designed, finished to a high standard and provide well-appointed accommodation. Particular points of note include 10 year Architect Guarantees (TBV), newly fitted kitchens and modern white bathroom suites, timber framed double glazing and under floor heating throughout, feature curved walls and LED spotlighting in part, sedum roofs, cedar cladding and a 'nibe 360' exhaust air heat pump which collects energy in the ventilation air for hot water and under floor heating. Floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings in part allow an abundance of natural light to fill the internal spaces and create a feeling of great height. The accommodation to this particular property includes an impressive entrance hall with a double-height ceiling with double glazed roof, stairs with glass balustrade to the galleried first floor landing and access to a ground floor cloakroom. A double-width opening leads to the 18 ft open plan living room/kitchen with a pair of floor-to-ceiling windows and tri-folding doors affording access to the rear garden. The modern double aspect kitchen comprises a range of cream gloss units with integral appliances to include an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and en suite shower room, a further bedroom and a family bathroom with a newly fitted white suite and an airing cupboard. Both of the bedrooms enjoy a private balcony and vaulted ceilings. Externally, a decked terrace adjacent to the property continues to the remainder of the rear garden which is laid to lawn and enclosed by fenced and hedged borders. There is also a useful timber-built store and off street parking for numerous vehicles. Viewings are highly recommended. No onward chain.
