" Situated in this quiet, old world, picturesque street leading from the Juggs Arms to the farm, with walks immediately to the South Downs but also with access to the Parish Church and Village Green beyond. The village school is within easy access as is a bus stop to Brighton and Lewes. Kingston has easy access to the two Brighton Universities and Brighton city itself. Lewes is just 2 miles distant to which some residents walk. Lewes is an attractive period county town with 3 superstores, individual shops and a mainline Railway Station (London Victoria 1 hour & London Bridge).
