" Have you been looking for a family home in a village, on a quiet road within easy reach of Brighton or Lewes? Then this could be the house for you.Kingston is located just a mile south of Lewes and five miles from Brighton, nestled in the Sussex Downs, now part of the National Park. The central area of Kingston was built in the early 1960's and this house was bought 'off plan' by the family who are now selling. The house sits only minutes from St Pancras Green, a large open green space with the extra benefit of public tennis courts and also offers easy access up onto the Downs themselves. This detached family home is in need of some internal modernisation but overall is in good condition. The accommodation currently offers a hallway with cloakroom, an L-shaped double aspect sitting/dining room, a older style fitted kitchen/breakfast room, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside is a front lawned garden with a driveway and garage. To the rear is a secluded garden with mature planting. The property has the possibility of extensions STPP being obtainable.

What the Owner says:

This is a home which our parents bought back in 1963 and their love of the place and the surrounding area meant they were disinclined to move anywhere else.

We have fond memories of growing up here, going to the local school and playing in the garden which is such a beautiful feature of the house even now.

The interior will probably need some updating, possibly a new kitchen and bathroom, but it has been carefully maintained and has replacement double glazing.
