This spacious family home is set in a delightful  location with fine views from the rear across a picturesque lake.
The property is situated within a small modern development  close to  the South Downs and within easy walking distance to the centre of the village of Plumpton Green with its local store, primary school, public houses and main line station.  

The South Coast at Brighton is around 10 miles distant whilst the historic County Town of Lewes is about five miles away.  Road links to London and beyond are close by and Gatwick Airport can be reached by car in around forty minutes.  Sporting facilities in the area include golf at Ditchling, Pyecombe and Lewes, horse racing at Plumpton Green and sailing from Brighton and Shoreham Marinas.  

There are endless rural walks in the surrounding countryside and within the South Downs National Park.

Although originally designed as a four bedroom house, the property was purchased by the present vendors in an early stage of construction from the developer. They were therefore able to modify the upper floor to create 3 large double bedrooms. Subject to any consent required, the property could revert to its original 4 bedroom design, providing very accessible and flexible accommodation.
