" A 3 bedroom detached character house individually built in 1942 in which the current owners have lived since 1991, ideally situated within this rural position set back from a quiet country lane nestled amongst beautiful countryside with open fields on 3 sides. There is enormous scope for extension and although now lapsed, planning permission was granted in 1997 for a single storey extension to enlarge the living room

(LW 97/1436). The accommodation comprises, an entrance hall, a cloakroom, a kitchen/breakfast room with steps down to a good size cellar, a dining room and a triple aspect living room with an open fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Benefits include double glazed windows and oil fired central heating.
