" In our opinion this is a particularly light and bright three bedroom semi detached family home having been finished to a very high standard throughout and offering spacious, well-appointed accommodation. Situated in the popular South Malling area of Lewes, the property is within close proximity of the nearby primary school and within walking distance of the town centre with its comprehensive range of shopping facilities, mainline railway station (London Victoria approx. 1 hour 15 mins) and places of cultural interest. Internally the accommodation is neutrally decorated and includes double glazing and gas central heating throughout. The entrance hall gives access to a useful ground floor cloakroom and to the 10 ft double aspect kitchen comprising a range of modern wall and base units with space for appliances, a door to a side passageway and an opening to the 10 ft dining room. From the dining room there are double doors to the 11 ft conservatory which has windows to two sides and a glazed roof affording an abundance of natural light. Double glazed double doors afford access to the well maintained rear garden and an adjacent patio area. The 13 ft living room is approached via a double-width opening from the dining room and enjoys views over the garden towards Lewes townscape beyond. Stairs ascend from the entrance hall to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes), a further 10 ft bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and a family bathroom with a modern white suite to include a double-ended bath with a shower over. Externally the rear garden is, in our opinion, a particular feature being mostly laid to lawn with a flagstone paved patio area providing space for garden furniture and a pathway leading to gated access to the rear. To the front there is a lawned garden enclosed by an attractive flint wall and access to a side passageway where there are two brick-built stores (one with power and lighting). Viewings are highly recommended.
