" This three bedroom semi-detached family home is situated in the popular Nevill area of Lewes & its position allows views over the South Downs & Lewes townscape. Considered to be in good decorative order the property is bright & modern throughout. Externally the rear garden is, in our opinion, a particular feature being predominantly laid to lawn enjoying a patio area & flower beds including mature plants. The driveway to the front of the property offers off street parking for one car in addition to the brick built single garage attached to the side of the house. Internally the porch & main entrance hall give access to a 13 ft living room with a bay window & feature fireplace set into the chimney. There are sliding doors leading from the living room to the 9 ft dining room which is open plan to the kitchen with its modern cream units & views out to the rear garden. From the dining room there is access, via an internal hallway, to the family bathroom with a modern white suite including a bath with shower over as well as an under-stairs storage cupboard.
