" An absolutely charming detached period cottage of character with large studio building.

Entrance Hall, Sitting Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 2 Double Bedrooms, Bathroom/WC, Gas Central Heating, Car Port, Detached Studio Building, Parking, Gardens.

This delightful detached property was converted some years ago from a Victorian coach house and stable building into a deceptively spacious cottage with south facing rear garden and very useful,  substantial, studio building. Set within the Keymer Conservation area, the cottage has a fine view from the first floor at the rear towards the South Downs. Local shops are within a couple of minutes walk whilst the principal shops and main line railway station (London 55 minutes) are within ten minutes easy walk. Brighton and the South Coast are about eight miles and Gatwick Airport can be reached by car in around thirty minutes.

The cottage has the benefit of two good size reception rooms and two double bedrooms together with a most substantial detached brick and slate studio building at the far end of the garden suitable for many uses. A new gas boiler has been installed in the past twelve months with a fully fitted kitchen. There is still some scope for minor updating of the property which will provide for a quite charming home of considerable character.
