" Built in 2005 this two double bedroom semi detached house is situated on the popular Shoreham Beach. On the estate you can find a childrens' playground area overlooking the river Adur, making this an ideal home for a young family, and additional visitors parking.
Next to the estate is the 'Harbour Club' which is a private members club with a restaurant and bar - a great meeting place for both friends and families.
Shoreham Beach Primary school is situated in Shingle Road and local amenities are in Ferry Road where you can find a seafood restaurant, a bakery, a cafe, a post office, a local convenient store and takeaways. Shoreham High Street is accessed just across the footbridge. Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the location and also the well presented accommodation this house provides.

We first moved to Shoreham Beach as a professional couple enjoying the town centre with the great bars, restaurants and the popular Ropetackle theatre.
4 years later we are now a family of 4 who love the outdoors and Shoreham beach certainly caters for that. Our house is set in a lovely quiet location and a short walk away from one beach where we take our son to fly his kite and go rock pooling by the old fort. Beach Green has a great park which caters for all ages.
What attracted us to our house was the living room having french doors opening on to the rear garden which is great for entertaining, and the additional downstairs cloakroom which is really useful!
