" Location is absolutely the key to this house, whether it be the local shops and supermarkets or nearby doctors and dentists you are more than catered for. It also has the luxury of being a stone's throw from the nearest bus route.Having the added benefit of two separate receptions gives you the opportunity to let the kids have their own space, or to utilise the extra reception as a separate dining room for those who like to entertain. The current owner has taken great care to create a stunning garden and has added many features to it. A collection of large pine trees at the rear also provide a tremendous amount of privacy to stop it being overlooked. The detached garage is set back from the shared drive and can also be accessed from the rear garden, it has light and power so is ideal for those who would either like to set up a workshop, or even if you need it to hide away those long hoarded items this will be essential. The property has always been used as a large family home and from its location and layout it is clear to see why. If you're looking for a home surround by local schools and amenities that is set in the heart of a good community then why look anywhere else.

What the Owner says:

When we first arrived in the area we was on the lookout for a place to set up an ideal family home, and fortunately that is exactly what we found. The layout worked perfectly for us and there wasn't much work that needed doing. In fact the main bulk of work was in the garden as it was in a bit of disrepair. We took great delight in making it our own by adding all new shrubs and plants, installing a patio leading to the main part of the garden and had large pine trees put in at the back to stop us from being overlooked. We will be very sad to leave Poplar Avenue behind, as it has been a wonderful family home to us. Not only have we brought our own children up here but we have also fostered many other children here too.
