What the Owner says:

Our parents moved here in 1973 and loved the quieter surroundings in Woodingdean, having previously lived in a very busy area close to the town centre. One of the main attractions for them was the lovely level garden, which not only gave them the opportunity to indulge their hobby of gardening, but also to enjoy the maximum amount of sunshine. They also found access to Brighton town centre was easy with a reliable and regular bus service passing in Crescent Drive South every 20 minutes.
