" Family homes should offer both good sized rooms and a good area for bringing up a family. The great news is that Hartington Road is situated near to some great primary schools, such as Elm Grove, St Lukes and St Martins. The property is also convenient to Sainsbury’s superstore and all of Lewes Road’s various amenities.St Lukes swimming bath is situated up from Elm Grove, as is the wonderful Queens Park, where you can enjoy either a game of rounders, feeding the ducks or just chilling the sun.Various jobs in the past 8 years have been carried out, such as some double glazing replaced, a modern boiler installed and the separate lounge and dining area has been knocked through creating the spacious open plan layout it is today. This could be your ideal family home, so call before you miss out.

What the Owner says:

We always loved the location of our home because it was just a short walk down to the local shops to get the weekly shop, the fantastic choice of pubs to meet family and friends for Sunday lunch, or of course the William Clarke Park where relaxing the afternoon away is the only option.
The basement used to be only accessible really for storage, due to the unrestricted head height, however I had always wanted a gym so a few years ago we had one half of the basement dug out and lowered to create the perfect work out room.
We carried out various modifications to the house over the past years, such as a new kitchen installed, a wet room put in downstairs, which in our opinion would suit wheelchair access and general modernisation done throughout.
